Cara Gilman
My name is Cara Gilman, and I am a Psychic Medium, Spiritual Advisor, and Reiki Master Teacher. My experiences with the Spirit world began when I was 4 years old. I could see, hear, and sense the spirit world, and I had premonitions and dreams about those in spirit, but these weren’t experiences I heard anyone else talking about. At the age of 20, I had a spiritual awakening, and I started learning to communicate with the spirit world in 2014. I have been certified as a Psychic Medium, Spiritual Advisor, and Reiki Master Teacher under Lou Ann Beecher. I have taken numerous other workshops and mentorships for further development. Embracing my gifts opened up an amazing avenue of helping others, and I always give readings with the intention that who and what is needed at that time will come through. I trust that the Spirit world knows best and will guide the reading for the greater good.
Amandevi Kaur
Amandevi Kaur, also known as Cristal Rae Toribio, is an experienced Registered Yoga Teacher certified in Mental Health First Aid. Amandevi studied Kundalini Yoga with Dharshan Kaur in Herndon, Virginia. She began her first yoga teacher training in 2005 at Down Dog Yoga Studio, followed by training with Shiva Rae at Kripalu Center. She expanded her training with Thai Massage, Basic Pilates Mat, Visceral Manipulation and Somatic Freedom Techniques. ​ Cristal participated in the Applied Healing Arts Program at the Tai Sophia Institute and the attended the Art of Coaching workshop with Tom Balles and Life Coaching with Peter Woodbury at the Edgar Cayce's ARE. Inspired to support survivors, she trained with American Foundation for Suicide Prevention (AFSP) to facilitate survivor support groups and later with the Maryland Coalition Against Sexual Assault (MCASA) in sexual assault advocacy. Cristal is a graduate of St. Mary’s College of Maryland with a Bachelors in Art and a minor in Women, Gender and Sexuality Studies. She continued to remain active in the Seahawk community teaching recreation and physical education courses. She went on to earn an Associates at the College of Southern Maryland (CSM) where she was awarded: Outstanding Massage Therapy Graduate. As an adjunct profession at CSM, Cristal taught courses in the Student Success, Massage Therapy, Faculty Development and Wellness Departments. ​ Amandevi Kaur has completed Medium-ship training with Psychic Medium Erica Marks. She has continued her education with coursework at Atlantic University in Trans personal Psychology and training in Dream Share Training. Cristal has also completed Past Life Regression Hypnosis with Peter Woodbury at the Edgar Cayce ARE.
